Processing Orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Rates & delivery estimates Free standard shipping on all orders over $50 AUD. Standard delivery within Australia typically takes 5–8 business days from dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping.

Tracking You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update.

Lost, stolen, or damaged in transit If you added Shipping Protection at checkout, we replace lost, stolen, or damaged-in-transit orders free — email hello@dailycopper.com. Without Shipping Protection, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it.
